1. Snoring - This is an issue that can take up and entire website also, but here are a few ideas to help with this problem in your partner:

Place a tennis ball inside your partners shirt. This will force them to turn (hopefully) in a direction not facing you. When they lean on their back, they will feel the pressure of the ball and roll back to their side.

Find a way to create some kind of "consistent noise" (like a fan) or ocean noise that will at least partially block out the sound of the snoring.

Work on your partners snoring. What are the possible causes of their snoring? Are they overweight? If so, it would be good for the both of you for your partner to go on a healthy diet or possibly see a specialist in snoring to help in this area. 2. Tossing and turning - The tennis ball trick works good with this also. However, you need to find the root cause of the tossing and turning. Does your partner have sleep problems, bad dreams, or is it a physical problem like a full bladder that they are unwilling to relieve? Look at the root cause and find the problem.

3. Frequent trips to the restroom - This one is really easy to fix, unless they have a more severe problem like enlarged prostate. Make sure that your partner stops drinking all fluid one to two hours before they go to sleep. By bedtime, make sure that they empty their bladder several times before getting into bed. If this does not solve the problem, then you should see your doctor to determine if the problem is something more severe.

4. Frequent trips to the kitchen- This one initially seems easy, but can be difficult if the partner has a pattern of this. For this you need to change your partners eating habits. Make sure that they have a good meal at dinner monster masks If they need something to snack on, make sure that they eat it before getting into bed (hopefully way before, at least an hour). They are not allowed to eat after a certain time, because it keeps you up.

Some of these items your partner may frown on, and not want to follow through with. You will need to remind them about how it is affecting your lifestyle, and how much better things will be if these changes are made.
